ELMPRO DC-445 Automatic Creaser

The DC-445 Ducreaser is specifically designed to meet the needs of the short-run digital colour print market. It provides a highly productive solution for the creative finishing of a range of digitally produced promotional and direct mail items, including flyers, leaflets, brochures, CD/DVD inserts and greeting cards. Perforating and slitting options can also extend the Ducreaser's capability by offering high speed perforating for coupon type applications.

Reliable Feeding:
An automatic suction feeder ensures the consistent delivery of sheets into the machine with no risk of marking. In case of digital stocks with a high level of static, an optional air knife can further assist with sheet separation and feeding.

A Professional Finish:
Up to 15 creases can be placed across the sheet, which can be adjusted in 0.1mm increments ensuring a high level of postioning accuracy. Furthermore, the creasing tool can be automatically adjusted up or down to three possible positions to accomodate different stock thicknesses and provide the best finish.

User-Friendly:
The Ducreaser uses simple step-by-step set-up, assisted by illustrations on the LCD screen which guide the operator seamlessly through the process. Up to 30 jobs can be programmed and stored, providing high productivity with easy recall. The 100mm feed pile height is complementary to the rated speed and minimises any re-load time..
