Designed for digital print users:
The DC-615 Pro comes equipped with many features for dealing with problems commonly found when finishing digital colour prints, including; an ‘air-knife’ designed to overcome static, improve feeding and reduce image marking on delicate stock. It also includes ultrasonic double feed detection which removes the possibility of two sheets being fed together and reduces waste.
Simple adjustment is provided for image skew and an integral CCD camera recognises the true position of the image on the sheet to compensate for paper shrinkage and image shift, even when it varies from sheet to sheet.

Multi-function finishing:
By including slitting, cutting and creasing functions in one machine, all critical finishing operations can be performed in relationship to each other, enabling the operator to adjust one, more or all actions to produce a perfect finish. The male and female creasing rule creates a form that stops toner from cracking as the paper is folded.

Fully automated:
All operations are tool-less, even adjustments to the creasing tool to suit different thicknesses of paper are performed completely automatically. The DC-615 Pro also includes a gutter deflector which ensures waste from gutter cuts is diverted directly into the waste bin.

Ease of programming:
With the DC-615-Pro a large screen allows the operator to quickly access, review and edit up to 80 memorised jobs at the touch of a button without having to re-enter any information. A user-friendly graphical programming interface for PC or Mac, allows even untrained staff to operate the system. This can also be used to edit, store and download settings and access machine functions for every programme. Job data and service information is stored for convenient analysis and faster problem solving.

Easy to use touch panel guides the opertaor through the job set-up. 80 jobs can be stored & recalled quickly and simply.	Large waste bin ensures longer running and easy emptying. All waste is stripped out during processing.	Process modules include; 2 x rotary slitting knives, 1 x cross-knife, 1 x creasing rule with variable depth crease.	The exit tray is fully adjustable, stacking finished items, including business cards, for neat & tidy colection.	100mm deep capacity feeder tray, with air knife for reliable separation of mixed stock types & weights.
