HYTON Dampener / Damper Covers

We have a range of Damper Covers available including HYTON Dampener Covers, which are manufactured using specially processed continuous filament rayon yarns. The fibers in HYTON covers are naturally more ink resistant than cotton knit or molleton materials. This construction produces a superior dampener cover that will run significantly cleaner and provide longer cover life.

Our Hyton covers include the following:

RED 1 Shrink Dampener Cover (RF11 / RF21): Shrinks uniformly and locks firmly on to the roller avoiding any twisting or creeping, even under high speed conditions. A clean, even transfer of water to the plate is easily achieved giving consistent dampening at all times. The cover is lint-free, long wearing and easy to clean.

VIP Form Cover: Made for small offset machines and duplicators, the covers are elasticated to provide a simple, quick and easy fit.
For use on:

Multilith - 1250, 1250W, 1250N, 1275, 1275W, 1279, 2550W, 2560, 2650, 2675, 2850, 2875, 2975.

Davidson - 221, 225, 241, 251, 400, 420, 500, 501, 502.

A.T.F. - Chief 15, 17, Mark I.

Itek - 1115, 1117.

Hamada - 500.

Townsend - T51 units for above equipment.

D600 Dampener Cover: Made for small offset machines and duplicators, the covers are elasticated to provide a simple, quick and easy fit.

Binding glue adhesive includes 'Planatol' / 'Planax' including:

PLANATOL BB (Superior) - Universally applicable dispersion glue for all manual gluing jobs involving absorbent materials (paper, card-board, board, fabrics etc.).

PLANATOL FF - Dispersion glue. Formsets can be easily separated from the pad without falling apart.

PLANATOL FF54, FF55, FF60 - Dispersion glues for copying papers like NCR, CCP, Idem, Köhler etc. Also usable for formsets containing an SM paper top sheet followed by SC paper sheets.

PLANATOL PERFECT BINDING GLUE - hot-melt glues for perfect-binding machines.
