TERMS & CONDITIONS

FREE UK delivery on all orders over £150 placed before 16:00 (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Europe) on all stock products.

£12 delivery charge on orders under £150.

Payment terms net monthly.

All major credit cards accepted including American Express (Amex). Cheques to be made payable to Elmstok.

For new customers, with first orders, we can only accept credit card or cheque before despatching goods.

Damage, shortage or loss of goods to be notified in writing as soon as possible after receipt, quoting our delivery note number.

Vendor claims title to goods until all sums due are paid.

Special Offers can not be used in conjunction with each other and must be quoted when ordering.

Special gift offers will only qualify if specified when ordering (and not after despatch of order).
